The Central Bank of Brazil at Fortalenza was established on December 31, 1964 and is the principal monetary authority of Brazil. Big time bank. Last time I checked they have a couple billion USD in reserves. But on August 6, 2005 a couple guys decided to withdraw R$160 million from the bank. Roughly $70 million US dollars.
